Are You My Type?

This collection of news chum has to do with typography and words:
- Practical Typography. Here’s an online book about practical typography. What I find interesting is that it shows the value of different fonts, and especially, why some fonts work OK on the screen but not on the printed page.
- Old Typography. Here’s an interesting tumblr with loads of interesting old typography.
- Who vs. Whom. Ever been confused on when to use “whom” vs. “who”? Go forth, and be confused no more.
- Hawaiian. This is a collection of facts about Hawai’i, but I found the first few about the Hawaiian language, particularly interesting. Perhaps next year, at this time, we’ll be in Hawaii.
