I've heard Tim Kaine talked about, but, then, I live in Virginia. Our current governor, Terry McConnell, who is term-limited, is known to have Presidential ambitions, but may be too closely linked to the Clintons. He has actually turned out to be a better governor than I'd expected him to be.
I've also heard Sherrod Brown's name brought up. Chris Murphy of Connecticut would also be possible.
