Cross Posting Update

Note: Automatic crossposting from Wordpress is still broken. I tried NextScripts: Social Networks Auto-Poster, at a recommendation from someone, but that isn't working either. It appears that Dreamwidth's move to all https has broken the Wordpress plugins that crosspost. A syndication has been setup at cahighways_feed  -- feel free to subscribe to that, but I urge you to comment at the Wordpress site.

I see that you're crossposting successfully again. Did you find a new plugin that works or did you figure out how to patch the old plugin? I installed NextScripts: Social Networks Auto-Poster and found that it is working, but I'm not pleased by the options presented by the plugin.

I'm using NextScripts, as that's the only one that's updated. There are two things I don't like about it: (1) It inserts blank lines because it does not disable autoformatting, and so the extra returns screw things up -- and so I have to go and edit each post to turn off autoedit; and (2) when you update the Wordpress post, it doesn't seem to auto-update the LJ/DW post.
